ICRON, leading provider of advanced planning and scheduling (APS) solutions, signed an Alliance Agreement on January 11, 2010 with DDCGroup with subsidiaries in The Netherlands and Belgium. The two companies form a strategic alliance centered around ICRON’s planning and scheduling optimization software.
ICRON and DDCGroup team will focus on 2 market-segments, Manufacturing and MRO Solutions. In the last year both companies have been working together implementing ICRON in various production sites as well as on the development for a brand new front-end intelligent planning board to MRO applications. The newly developed solution serves to complement the SAP Repetitive Maintenance Solutions. Customers implementing these solutions will experience an increased productivity up to 15% and decrease stock levels up to 30% together with process improvements.
