ICRON has more than 10 years of Supply Chain Planning and Scheduling experience.
ICRON APS is being developed and improved by our team with the direct cooperation of the industry leaders and academic researchers since 1992.
The product, with its capability for being adaptable for any type of production and its uniqueness, became quite known in the sector easily. By combining our historical sector perspective with knowledge of technological breakthroughs as they occur, we are ideally placed to recognize trends before they happen.
Important is the human factor; a team of industry experts with the resources to apply the full ICRON APS lifecycle approach.
The service provided is not just implementation consultancy but to some extend a re-engineering service. This type of approach increases the satisfaction of the customer and the success of the project. A combination of the software characteristics and Implementation methodology (IPLM) based on experience allows ICRON’s customers to implement advanced planning and scheduling systems in weeks instead of months and achieve the concrete benefits they want for rapid return on investment.
In order to find out the potential business benefits of APS solutions within your company and how these can be achieved, ICRON and Partners offer so called Business Scans. The goal of this scan is to analyze the existing planning and scheduling process, indicate potential improvements in these processes and examine the benefits these improvements offer. Furthermore, based on this 3 day scan, ICRON is able to provide a project proposal for the implementation of the ICRON Solution based on the defined scope, under the assumption that a phased process is the preferred path to go. Based on the results of the scan a global functional scope for the project is determined. This will be done in interaction with you so all parties agree that the functionality covers your requirements. This will be discussed with Management and Project leaders in final session on the end of the Business Scan.
After gathering all the required information, findings will be examined and evaluated and possible bottlenecks will be traced. During this process some contact (by e-mail/telephone/video conferencing) may be required to clarify a number of details.
Finally, the findings of the scan will be presented to you including a solution vision, project plan, phases, risks and estimation of costs of licenses and consultancy. After the presentation you will be fully informed about all aspects concerning an implementation of ICRON's planning and decision support offering.
