We have conducted social distancing and put in place many virus-mitigating actions to prevent the spread of COVID-19, such as restriction of travel and public transportation, extensive hygiene precautions in our offices, disinfection and health insurance guidance manual release, etc. As a global company, we easily switched to a remote working model as of 17th of March trusting our extensive online collaboration capabilities. Remote working and virtual teaming are our preferred mode of operations and communications with each other and with our customers.

We have tested our business continuity programs to ensure we operate and deliver our services with no delay. Our project and implementation teams are committed to our project plans, deadlines and work aligned with our customers’ priorities. Our technical environments and processes are monitored 24 hours a day, under the supervision of operations team.

We are committed to solve your technical issues on timely manner as usual. Our global support teams are available during their working hours and through the standard channels. Therefore, all our customers can continue to request support service as usual.
