With the ICRON solution, Ruscam’s management will be able to attain visibility and control over their multi-site production operations, boost production capacity, minimize inventory levels, and improve due-date management, delivery performance, and bottom-line results.
- Hakan Çopur, Supply Chain Group Director at Ruscam, commented: “ We selected ICRON’s Detailed Scheduling solution because we are looking to fully automate our production planning and scheduling operations, which are currently conducted using Excel and other local tools. The implementation of the ICRON solution is a big step towards achieving complete planning automation and control.”
- Cem Atasever, Ruscam’s Production Planning Manager, spoke about his expectations for the ICRON implementation: “ The preparation of our production plans needs to be made more efficient and effective, as this will enable us to realize our business targets by improving production capacity usage and giving us visibility over our inventory levels.”
- Mine Kaçan, ICRON’s Product Management Director, remarked: “We are excited that Ruscam has selected ICRON to deliver an integrated production planning and optimization system. One of the main reasons that Ruscam decided on ICRON is that we were able to provide good customer references for our Detailed Scheduling solution. This means that our satisfied customers helped us convince Ruscam that ICRON was the best choice. Other important factors in Ruscam’s decision to select ICRON were our proven industry expertise and the fact that we don’t merely offer a software solution, but are able to deliver a holistic, scalable solution platform.”
